Job Description

• PepsiCo is seeking a Sr. Manager, Technical Program Delivery, to lead the end-to-end technology execution and transformation of the Global Network Design (GND) program.
• This role operates at the intersection of business strategy, supply chain transformation, and enterprise data platforms, with accountability for delivering scalable, high-impact solutions that enable next-generation network design capabilities across global markets.
• The Sr. Manager, Technical Program Delivery, will own the technical program strategy, operating model, and delivery outcomes, ensuring alignment with business objectives (cost, service, resilience) and enterprise data platform evolution (e.g., EDF Gold, Databricks). This role requires strong coordination and leadership and across complex, multi-workstream initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders and driving execution across a global, matrixed organization.
• You will partner closely with Supply Chain Transformation leadership, Product Management, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Solutions, and PMO teams to shape strategic roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, monitor technical delivery plan and execution, and deliver measurable business value—not just technical outputs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience delivering complex, large-scale technology programs, with progression into senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading global, cross-functional programs involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Strong ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, translating business vision into delivery outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience influencing and aligning senior stakeholders (Director/VP level).
• Strong program management expertise, including governance, risk management, and delivery at a scale.
• Strong understanding of modern data platforms and architectures (e.g., Databricks, cloud-based data ecosystems, integration patterns).
• Experience delivering data and analytics-driven solutions or platform transformation programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise delivery models (Agile, SAFe) in large-scale environments.
• Strong business acumen with experience in Supply Chain, Network Design, or data-driven decision platforms.
• Experience within FMCG or similar complex, global operating environments preferred.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with ability to present to and influence senior leadership.
• Proven ability to lead cross-cultural, geographically distributed teams.
