Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a nearshore Front End UX/UI Designer to support the expansion of our leading manufacturing clients in-house creative studio. This individual will work directly under the Lead Designer and be responsible for translating content and business requirements into visually compelling, user-friendly web experiences. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Figma, understands front-end design principles, and has experience collaborating closely with developers to bring digital experiences to life.
This is a fast-moving environment supporting commercial and corporate communications initiatives, requiring someone who can operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute immediately.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Design and lay out web pages, landing pages, and digital experiences within Figma.
• Create and maintain component libraries and scalable design systems.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Translate business requirements and content into engaging UX/UI solutions.
• Support corporate communications and commercialization initiatives through digital design.
• Participate in daily standups and collaborate with internal creative teams.
• Retouch and optimize photography and visual assets as needed.
• Develop production-ready design assets and specifications for development teams.
• Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of professional experience using Figma.
• 5-7 years of experience with:
o UX/UI Design
o Front-End Web Design
o Digital Product Design
• Strong experience creating and maintaining:
o Design Systems
o Component Libraries
o Wireframes
o Prototypes
• Experience collaborating directly with software developers.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Experience working within Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to retouch and optimize photography and digital assets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting enterprise or corporate communications teams.
• Background working within an in-house creative studio.
• Experience supporting marketing, digital content, or commercialization initiatives.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and remote collaboration workflows.
• Experience working in highly regulated industries is a plus.
