Job Description
A large Electronics manufacturing company is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support its Digital Marketing IT team. This role partners with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and drive improvements across digital marketing platforms and websites. The ideal candidate will help translate business needs into technical solutions, create project documentation, track requirements through delivery, and support testing, deployments, and user adoption activities. Responsibilities also include preparing stakeholder communications and status updates, managing defects and backlog items, supporting data quality and governance initiatives, maintaining reports and dashboards, and providing end-user support and training. The successful candidate will collaborate with global teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC to ensure the effective delivery and continuous improvement of digital marketing technologies and business processes. This position is preferred hybrid in Hyderabad India 3x a week onsite.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, content management systems like SiteCore AI, or enterprise applications
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, SSO, website analytics tools, Microsoft 365 and CoPilot
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- SiteCore AI certification preferred (or commitment to obtain certification within a defined timeframe)
