Job Description
A consulting client of Insight Global is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Developer to join their team and lead the development of enterprise-scale web applications. This individual will play a critical role in the full software development lifecycle, partnering with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, optimize, and maintain both front-end and back-end solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing multi-tier applications utilizing .NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs, while also serving as a technical leader who can guide development best practices and drive complex initiatives to completion. In this role, the Lead Full Stack Software Developer will be responsible for developing scalable solutions, performing code reviews, ensuring code quality and maintainability, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-impact business applications. They will own user stories from requirements through deployment, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, and contribute to CI/CD processes while working within an Agile SCRUM environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones.
This is a fully remote role, ideally starting ASAP. The pay rate for this role varies depending on level and years of experience and will range from 27-36 LAKH.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
- 7+ years of software engineering experience building multi-tier enterprise web applications using .NET Core technologies
- Strong experience with .NET Core, Entity Framework, and code-first database design
- Expertise with T-SQL and SQL Server, including development of complex stored procedures, views, and other database objects
- Experience developing modern front-end applications using Angular 20+
- Strong experience with JavaScript and jQuery development
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with Visual Studio 2022
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, TFS, Git, Subversion, or similar project management and version control tools
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes utilizing Bamboo and/or Azure DevOps
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience developing Angular single-page applications (SPAs)
- Experience implementing JWT-based authentication and authorization
- Experience building secure multi-tenant SaaS applications
- Experience creating, managing, and maintaining NuGet packages
- Java development experience
- Prior experience leading development efforts or mentoring junior developers
- Experience working in highly scalable cloud-hosted environments
