We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, Spring Boot, and Java to join our team. You will work closely with infrastructure and operations teams to troubleshoot complex issues and implement standardized solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities:
Refactor & optimize legacy code to improve performance, efficiency, and maintainability.
Develop and maintain backend services using Spring Boot and Java.
Build scalable, high-performance front-end applications with JavaScript and Node.js..
Diagnose and troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues, ensuring system reliability and compliance.
Standardize development practices across applications to improve consistency and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SREs and infrastructure engineers, to resolve technical challenges.
Enhance driver tracking and dependency management for improved visibility and control.
Improve estimation accuracy by analyzing project scope and complexity.

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Spring Boot, and Java
Experience working in a highly complex infrastructure environment
Deep understanding of troubleshooting & debugging applications at scale
Proven ability to refactor inefficient code and implement structured architecture
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an inquisitive mindset
Familiarity with driver dependency tracking & system integration
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Experience in enterprise software development
Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
Background in large-scale distributed systems
Previous experience in a SRE or infrastructure-related role
