Mid-Level Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Refactor & optimize legacy code to improve performance, efficiency, and maintainability.
Develop and maintain backend services using node.js.
Build scalable, high-performance front-end applications with React
Diagnose and troubleshoot critical infrastructure issues, ensuring system reliability and compliance.
Standardize development practices across applications to improve consistency and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React and node.js
Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative development
Experience working in a highly complex infrastructure environment
Deep understanding of troubleshooting & debugging applications at scale
Proven ability to refactor inefficient code and implement structured architecture
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an inquisitive mindset
Familiarity with driver dependency tracking & system integration
Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Experience in enterprise software development
Knowledge of containerization w/ Kubernetes
Background in large-scale distributed systems

- Experience migrating a legacy application to new architecture
