Support leasing and contracting team, including researching legal issues, e-recording legal documents,
entering documents into contract repository, maintaining certificate of insurance database, ordering title
reports, and doing initial draft of agreements from standard templates.
* Perform general administrative functions including but not limited to organizing, logging, and routing
incoming mail and invoices; composing and typing letters, memos, reports, legal briefs, etc.; distributing
communications and program information and monitoring responses; scheduling appointments and
meetings; keeping calendars of individual attorneys up to date; running errands; making travel
arrangements; and filling out expense reports.
* Receive and maintain hard-copies of originals of company-wide legal agreements, manage database and
file system, maintain filing of board minutes and consents. Facilitate and coordinate meeting space and
A/V needs, prepare agenda and presentations, and communicate and update deliverables and minutes.
* Organize and track grant award records, including contractor files, tribal commitment documentation, and
other federal grant related documentation.
* Screen, document, redirect, and follow up on telephone calls and correspondence to supervisors. Direct
individuals and provide information where appropriate
