Job Description

- 8-10 years of experience in BOS estimating

- Responsible for developing ground-up basis of estimate for all routine services associated with BOS/ISS facility management, preventative maintenance, and installation services

- Employs a variety of estimating methods to derive accurate costing factors for material, labor, equipment, tools, vehicles, and other items necessary to competently execute RFP requirements within time constraints.

- Preferably military operations estimating

Required Skills & Experience

* Five years estimating experience developing formal cost proposals and related work breakdown structures in response to large Government solicitations and RFP documents. Direct Estimating experience may be substituted with ten years of civilian, civil service or military project/field/operations experience in Government Projects.

* Experience analyzing and interpreting government regulations and codes.

* Must be highly proficient with MS Excel (formula mastery).

* Must be a team player, very detail oriented, self-motivated, and have the ability to work well with others.

* Must possess solid written and oral communication skills.

* Minimum one year supervisory experience providing task oversight, prioritization and support to subordinate personnel.

* Valid state Driver's License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.

* Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Prior Military operations experience
