Job Description
The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for ensuring telecom construction and installation work meets company standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements across fiber, wireless, and underground/aerial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field quality inspections on fiber, coax, and wireless construction projects
Enforce workmanship, safety, and client compliance standards
Identify deficiencies, issue corrective actions, and verify resolution
Partner with Field Supervisors, Project Managers, and crews to improve quality outcomes
Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and audit records
Support client audits and ensure readiness for acceptance and close‑out

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of telecom construction or network deployment experience
Prior quality control, inspection, or field supervision experience
Strong knowledge of fiber, coax, and/or wireless installation standards
Familiarity with OSHA, local codes, and client specifications
Ability to read prints, as‑builts, and design documents
Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with P2 audits, punch walks, or client acceptance processes
Background with MSOs, carriers, or large telecom contractors
