Key Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation & Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Acumatica ERP, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational efficiency.
Process Optimization: Map and streamline business processes, integrating AI tools to enhance automation and decision-making.
Training & Adoption: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure staff proficiency in Acumatica and related technologies.
Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using PowerBI to provide real-time business insights.
AI Innovation: Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with departments to align technology solutions with organizational needs.
System Maintenance: Oversee ongoing system updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in ERP implementation (Acumatica preferred), process management, or technology leadership.
Proven knowledge in PowerBI for reporting and data visualization.
Strong understanding of AI applications in business processes.
Exceptional project management and communication skills.
Ability to train and lead diverse teams in adopting new technologies.
Experience with process mapping and workflow optimization.
