Remote role but candidate must live in one of the following states: AL, FL, GA, MD, MI, OH, TN, TX, OR VA.
Review, process, and submit permit applications for state and local municipalities.
Document and maintain permit approvals and project statuses.
Provide administrative support and act as a liaison with internal teams.
Conduct research and maintain records of municipal standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service via various communication channels.
Collaborate with city officials, designers, and construction crews to overcome challenges.
Ensure projects stay on schedule through effective issue resolution.
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complexities.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum 2 years of telecom or construction-related permitting experience working with state and local governments.
Ability to read and review FTTH network designs in AutoCAD.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
