RF Engineer

Insight Global is hiring a RF Engineer to support a large integrator in Muscle Shoals, AL. This individual will be performing RF measurements of antenna components on dedicated test-stands, in anechoic chambers, and using outdoor far field ranges. The candidate will need to have experience with working with high frequency bands and have knowledge in developing RD measurement test regimes. This role requires RF measurement software development, documenting and reporting in industry-grade product tracking suites and the ability to effectively communicate with several teams. This individual must be a go-getter and feel comfortable operating in the gray and individuals who can create processes and scale them to large scale production.

o 2+ Years of Experience in RF Antenna Testing
o B.S Degree or M.S in Systems, Electronics or related Engineering Discipline (will accept candidates with 6+ years of experience in lieu of education)
o Experience writing test and performance report summaries
o Experience with scientific computing toolkits, and languages such as Python and Matlab

o Strong understanding of RF testing and RF test equipment (Keysight Products preferred)
o Experience with multi-disciplinary systems with mechanical, electronic and RF sub-systems
