Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a reliable and proactive Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician to provide essential onsite IT support at our St. Louis, MO location. This is a short-term contract role ideal for someone with at least 1 year of professional IT experience or a recent graduate with a technical degree. You will serve as the boots-on-the-ground support for the clients Network and System Administrators sitting in another office location.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end users
Perform password resets and basic account troubleshooting
Replace toner and resolve basic printer connectivity issues
Troubleshoot and escalate hardware/software issues as needed
Serve as the onsite liaison for the remote IT team
Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions
Ensure timely and professional communication with users

Required Skills & Experience

1+ year of professional IT support experience or a technical degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networked printers
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
