Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Direction — Provide guidance to multiple managers and professional staff, ensuring that team efforts support organizational goals.
Performance Accountability — Oversee the results and effectiveness of several related teams, driving operational success and achievement of key targets.
Strategic Planning — Develop and execute departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities that support long‑term strategic objectives.
Decision‑Making — Make informed decisions based on resource availability, operational needs, and organizational priorities to ensure optimal alignment with goals.
Business Insight — Apply knowledge of key business drivers to enhance departmental performance, improve efficiency, and support growth.
Team & Resource Management — Set priorities, allocate resources, and ensure that all teams operate in alignment with annual plans and broader business objectives.
Problem Resolution — Identify and resolve complex operational or organizational challenges, leveraging internal and external resources as needed.
Operational Impact — Influence departmental outcomes by supporting and funding initiatives, projects, services, and technologies that advance functional business plans.
Stakeholder Influence — Persuade leaders and managers to take necessary actions and negotiate effectively with external partners, vendors, or customers to achieve desired results.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in sales leadership or a comparable management role, with a demonstrated history of overseeing multiple teams and achieving strong performance outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire, coach, and support managers and professional staff across diverse functions.
- Deep knowledge of sales operations, key business drivers, and performance‑enhancing strategies that strengthen departmental results.
- Proven experience developing and executing operational or departmental plans that align with broader organizational priorities and annual objectives.
- Advanced problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess complex challenges and implement effective solutions across operational and organizational areas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities, enabling effective engagement with internal stakeholders as well as external partners or customers.
- Demonstrated strength in resource planning, priority setting, and making data‑informed decisions that support business needs.
- Experience collaborating across functions, working with multiple departments to support shared goals and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent organizational and project‑management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
