The role of Controls Technician entails working on-site, in close collaboration with a team of professionals. The primary objective is to facilitate and lead the installation of low voltage building automation and HVAC control systems within commercial structures. This role requires a high level of expertise, professionalism, and dedication to ensure the ecient and reliable installation of complex building automation systems in military installations. Your contributions are critical to the success of our clients projects, thus, we expect the highest standards of performance and safety.
Day to Day:
Traveling to multiple states to perform work at various military installations.
Act as a working leader of an installation team of 1-4 individuals.
Installation of low-voltage cabling and sensors and panels.
Wiring and termination of low-voltage control panels and associated devices
Conguration of eld controllers and uploading/modifying pre-written applications.
Assist in performing point-to-point checkout, troubleshooting, and commissioning of controls systems.
Coordination with project management to ensure the proper execution of the installation process.

· 3-5 years in conduit and wire installation within a commercial setting
· 3-5 years in building automation and HVAC controls installation and troubleshooting within a commercial setting.
· Prociency in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical blueprints.
· Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also providing guidance and support to other team members, and the capability to lead a team to meet schedule objectives.
· Ability to eciently organize and lay out jobsite activities, including material takeos and ordering specications.
· Prociency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
· A valid drivers license with a clean driving record
· A clean background check - 7 years
Direct experience programming building automation and HVAC controls systems
Niagara 4 Technical Certication
OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certication
