The role of Controls Installer entails working on-site, operating under the direct supervision of the site superintendent, in close collaboration with a team of professionals. The primary objective is to facilitate the installation of low-voltage building automation and HVAC control systems within commercial structures. This role requires a high level of expertise, professionalism, and dedication to ensure the ecient and reliable installation of complex building automation systems in military installations. Your contributions are critical to the success of our projects, and we always expect the highest standards of performance and safety.
Day to Day:
Conduit Installation: Installation of conduit up to 1" EMT & Rigid
Cabling and Sensor Installation: Installation of low-voltage cabling and sensors
Control Panel Installation: Installation of low-voltage control panels
Wiring and termination: Wiring and termination of low-voltage control panels and associated devices

Minimum of 1-3 years in conduit and wire installation within a commercial setting is essential. The ability to demonstrate a mastery of these skills is highly valued.
Prociency in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical blueprints is a fundamental requirement to ensure precision in the installation process.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
Clean background check - 7 year
Ability to pass a drug test

OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30
