Job Description

The PIM Data Analyst manages and maintains product data within the company’s Product Information Management (PIM) system. This role ensures product data is accurate, complete, and consistent so it can be used across sales, marketing, and operations. The analyst works with internal teams and external vendors to collect, update, and publish product information while continuously improving data quality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
-0–2 years of experience in data, product, or operations‑related roles
-Strong Microsoft Excel skills (required)
-Power BI experience (required)
-Experience managing or maintaining product or master data
-Ability to create, update, review, and publish data in structured systems
-Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
-Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and IT
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and consistency

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) tools such as Stibo, Salsify, inRiver, Oracle, or similar
-Experience collecting product data from vendors or third parties
-Data cleansing and data quality improvement experience
-Familiarity with workflow or process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Kanban, etc.)
-Experience with additional BI or reporting tools (Tableau, Qlik)
-Interest in automation and process efficiency improvements
