Job Description
This position provides direct, hands-on support to program and technical leadership in a classified environment. The Project Analyst helps keep schedules, documentation, trackers, and reporting aligned, while also supporting daily site and security compliance requirements.
Day to day, the role supports milestone tracking, schedule updates, project logs, and consolidation of inputs from engineers and functional leads. The individual will also assist with leadership briefings, meeting coordination, correspondence, document formatting, onboarding, and visit requests. A key part of the role is facility and security support. The Project Analyst serves as a local security support point of contact for the classified workspace, helping with daily open/close procedures, access rosters, visitor control logs, end-of-day security checks, and general compliance with DoD security protocols. Attention to detail and comfort working in a compliance-driven environment are critical.

Required Skills & Experience
We’re targeting candidates with 2–5 years of experience supporting DoD or federal programs in a project, program, or administrative role. Strong Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills are required. Experience supporting IT, cybersecurity, or facility-based technical programs is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
