Insight Global is hiring a Pricing Analyst to join the Business Development team of a growing government contractor in Huntsville, AL. This person will play a key role in supporting new business pursuits by developing pricing strategies and cost proposals for federal contract opportunities. They will work closely with business development, capture, proposal, and program teams to create competitive, compliant, and profitable bids. Responsibilities include analyzing RFP requirements, developing labor and cost estimates, conducting Price-to-Win (PTW) analysis, building pricing models, and supporting proposal submissions. The ideal candidate will have experience with government contracting, strong financial and analytical skills, and an understanding of FAR and CAS regulations. This is a fully onsite position with significant visibility to leadership and a direct impact on business growth efforts.

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience developing cost proposals and pricing strategies for competitive bids
• Strong understanding of cost analysis, price analysis, and pricing methodologies
• Experience reviewing RFPs and supporting proposal submissions
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business development, proposal, and program teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Government contracting experience
• Knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)
• Knowledge of CAS (Cost Accounting Standards)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
• Proposal development or capture support experience
• Experience supporting federal contract pursuits
• Experience presenting pricing strategies and risk assessments to leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
