Job Description

An employee in Huntsville, AL is looking for a Data Scientist to provide and support implementation of strategic goals from the Product Owner. This will include advising the Scrum team, reviewing products, processes, standards, models etc. Other responsibilities include:
- Create operational plans with short-to-mid-term impact on results (1-2 years)
- Provide measurable input into scope of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Conduct extensive investigation to understand root cause of problems leveraging significant application of technical knowledge and conceptualizing to solve problems

Required Skills & Experience

- Master of Science or higher
- 10+ years of experience in big data analysis, programming and visualization
- Active Top Secret SCI
- Familiarity with R, Python, C++, Data Applications, Cloud Applications, advanced statistical analysis tools, modeling and simulation and MBSE

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification(s)
- Find, Fix, Track, Target, Engage, and Assess (F2T2EA) dynamic targeting process,
- Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act (OODA) loop approach to decision-making,
- Task, Collect, Process, Exploit, and Disseminate (TCPED) process for operations and intelligence planners to synchronize resources and
- Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing & Integration, and Maintenance (PADITIM) Software Development Life Cycle
