Job Description

Core Responsibilities:
Inputting data into eBuilder accurately and consistently (RFIs, submittals, cost events, schedules, etc.)
Uploading and organizing documentation for projects across multiple phases
Monitoring workflow progress and flagging bottlenecks
Assisting with meeting prep and pulling reports from the system
Light administrative work related to capital construction documentation

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with construction software (preferably eBuilder, but Procore, CMiC, or similar is acceptable)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data tasks
Familiarity with capital project environments and construction terminology
Reliable, organized, and able to work with limited supervision
Bachelors Degree
