- Input information accurately from a variety of sources into computer database or applications to
support time and expense entry, work management, invoicing, AP, expense reconciliations or and
other processes as assigned.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying.
- May serve as the receptionist
- Run reports from a variety of tools or systems and review data inputs/outputs for completeness
and correctness
- Arrange employee engagement activities in the office.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails as
directed
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments; maintain the master calendar of in house meetings and manage employee calendars & availability
- Cost-effectively monitor and order office supplies as required
- Assist with new employee on-boarding process
- Assist with maintaining fleet vehicles with coordinating and managing maintenance appointments
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Intermediate computer functions including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- High school diploma required, Associates or above preferred
- 5 years of experience within a similar role
