Job Description
Insight Global's client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal Assistant to support their legal practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing complex schedules, and brings precision to administrative and billing tasks. You’ll be a key player in keeping their operations smooth and deadlines on track.
Responsibilities:
Manage client billing: prepare, review, and process invoices accurately and on time
Coordinate extensive travel arrangements: book flights, hotels, and manage dynamic schedules across time zones
Maintain attorneys’ calendars: schedule meetings, hearings, and ensure all deadlines are met
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
Prepare and format legal documents related to arbitration proceedings
Communicate professionally with clients, arbitrators, and legal staff
Track case timelines and ensure timely submission of required materials
Support attorneys with administrative tasks and case preparation (minimal discovery or medical record handling)

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience
- Tech savvy with experience in the MS Suite as well as video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams
- Experienced in coordinating calendars, arranging virtual and in-person meetings, booking travel, etc.
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Able to be fully onsite in Hoover, AL
