Job Description
As an Entry-Level Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our engineering and operations teams by collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to build reports, monitor performance metrics, and help optimize project outcomes. This is a hands-on, on-site role ideal for someone eager to grow in the utilities and engineering space.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel reports to support project tracking and performance analysis
Assist in data collection, cleaning, and validation from various sources including field operations and engineering databases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver clear, actionable insights
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
Support ad hoc reporting and data requests from leadership and project managers
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms

Required Skills & Experience
Associate’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
0–3 years of experience in a data analyst or reporting role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
Working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to work on-site Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience in the utilities or engineering industry
Familiarity with SQL, GIS tools, or other data platforms
