Job Description
The End-User Device Lead is accountable for overseeing inventory management, identifying gaps, and coordinating the procurement, deployment, and testing of devices essential for the Epic implementation. This role works closely with the Project Manager to align on project planning and ensures consistent communication with leadership regarding project progress and updates.

Required Skills & Experience
· Strong in project management
· Strong communicator
· Strong technical skills.
· Windows 10 and 11, Scanners, Badge Readers, printers and printing process both Windows printing and Epic Server-side printing
· Experience with end-user device management (Windows, mobile platforms, VDI, Citrix, etc.)
· Strong Excel for reporting
· Strong knowledge of Epic systems, workflows, and technical requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field or equivalent experience
· 5+ years of IT project management or technical leadership experience? Preferably in healthcare IT
· Familiarity with deployment tools (SCCM, Intune)
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams in a healthcare environment
