Job Description

General building preventative and corrective maintenance for Plumbing, HVAC, Lighting and finishes (flooring, paint, carpet, tile)

Requires a technical background with HVAC work, with experience and knowledge to assist existing field technicians at customer jobsites with the installation/servicing of HVAC equipment, controls & devices. No trade or other license is required for this position.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years' experience servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and devices
Experience working directly with customers

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

HVAC/Fire Alarm/Fire Sprinkler certifications
