Job Description

VOIP Specialists must identify the technology needs for existing customers and utilize product knowledge to integrate offerings into the customer environments with ease and effectiveness. This team is a vital part of the onboarding process of new business customers and will serve as a resource for the training and account development needs. This individual will be responsible for the following:
Have full understanding of products, features, and services offered, and be knowledgeable about competitors products and services.
Train customers on purchased products and all self-serve options.
Input all customer information into the Salesforce database.
Administer the coordination of customer training during implementation and onboarding.
Use systems such as BroadSoft to add or modify customers call flow, services, and user information.
Meet or exceed customer satisfaction standards, as measured in part by customer satisfaction surveys.
o This includes insuring proper and timely follow-up with business and government customers.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years experience working in the telecommunications or data industry
2+ years experience in a customer service/customer focused environment (something like retail sales would be fine!)
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Must be an organized, driven and enthusiastic individual to be successful in this role
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Knowledge of telephony, wireless, and/or internet services
Sales experience in telephony, data, wireless device, or emerging services
