* Supervising and assisting in the management of the specialist and overseeing the daily functions of the department
* Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the UNITED policies and applicable laws
* Interview, hire, and train associates
* Plan, assign, and direct work
* Appraise performance, address complaints and resolve problems
* Resolve advanced and complex customer issues which could include onsite customer visits and/or customer calls
* Arrange payment plans, review accounts for payment on delivery, and process refunds
* Host monthly calls for Sales Center updates
* Review new accounts for credit worthiness
* Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Prior accounts receivables experience
* Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience
* Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment while handling high volumes of data
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service, and a strong attention to detail
