Job Description
Working alongside data warehouse teams supporting everything Epic
Assist and manage build and support Epic Cogito reports, dashboards, and metrics
Troubleshoot data, access, and workflow issues
Support implementation activities, upgrades, and go-lives
Maintain documentation and follow change control processes
Mentor 30 person data warehouse team on everything related to Epic data

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Epic Cogito certification
Experience with Epic reporting tools (Workbench, dashboards, metrics)
Understanding of Epic workflows and data structures
Ability to gather requirements and translate into reporting solutions
Implementation / go-live experience, preferably from Cerner
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Additional Epic certifications (Clarity, Caboodle, RWB)
Microsoft Fabric experience
