Job Description

The Shipping Warehouse Supervisor manages and participates in daily shipping operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and compliance with SOPs and safety standards. This role involves using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software for tracking, generating picklists, and maintaining shipment visibility, while leading a team to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Day to Day:

-Inventory Management: Track inventory levels using WMS, perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.

-Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and destination accuracy.

-WMS Operation: Log all incoming and outgoing shipments accurately in WMS.

-Shipment Coordination: Monitor and track shipments for timely processing.

-Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse; perform basic equipment checks.

-Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.

-Compliance: Follow all company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

-High School Diploma or equivalent.

-2-3 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics supervision.

-1+ years of SAP experience

Certification in forklift or other material-handling equipment operation.


Physical Requirements:

Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
