We are looking to hire a Residential Contractor Representative for a local engineering firm that is focused on residential and commercial projects, small to mid-sized cities and the utility systems that serve those areas. These are the places where they can have the most immediate impact. Plenty of firms pay attention to the big guys; our client wants to serve the other guys. They have active projects in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, and Mississippi. Some of the projects they are working on include residential subdivisions, wastewater and water sewer treatment plans, wastewater and water distribution projects and other impactful projects.
Inspect and oversee the installation of water lines and sewer treatment plants.
Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Document and report any discrepancies or issues to project managers.
Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any construction-related problems.
100% travel required - mileage will be reimbursed.

Proven experience in water line and/or sewer treatment plant installation.
Demonstrated ability to manage large construction jobs.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans.
Willingness to travel to different job sites.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
