Job Description

This BA/PM will be solely working on the implementation of Oracle Fusion and will be supporting both the business and internal IT teams throughout the process. They will need to have experience gathering business requirements, creating user stories, and managing the lifecycle of the project from planning to development, to testing. Understanding of supply chain/inventory processes is necessary to be successful in this role since that is the reason for implementing the Oracle Fusion platform. Strong communication skills with the ability to take initiative, follow up when needed and delegate tasks is crucial for the individual in this role.

Required Skills & Experience

-3+ years' experience gathering requirements, creating and scheduling user stories, managing the lifecycle of the project throughout each phase of planning, development, testing
-Experience with Oracle Fusion platform
-General understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) - this will allow for easy communication with dev teams
-Knowledge of supply chain processes (ordering inventory, invoicing, shipping/receiving, etc.)
-Strong communication/people skills, self-starting, someone who isn't afraid to take initiative and delegate
-Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform
