$20 - $25 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

Serve as the primary onboarding contact for a designated crew, managing all aspects of their onboarding experience.
Conduct in-person orientations at job sites, which may include local travel or travel to regional hubs such as Dallas, Atlanta, etc.
Coordinate with HR, operations, and site leadership to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of field employees.
Provide guidance on company benefits, policies, and procedures during onboarding sessions.
Maintain onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve onboarding processes and enhance the new hire experience.
Act as a liaison between new hires and internal departments to resolve onboarding-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding field employees, preferably in a fast-paced or labor-intensive industry.
-Strong working knowledge of employee benefits and onboarding best practices.
-Experience in construction or crew-based environments
-Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to travel to various job sites as needed (local and regional).
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and onboarding platforms (e.g., HRIS systems).
