Insight Global Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team in supporting a critical specialty clinic in Birmingham, AL. This person will need to be a team player and have great attention to detail when triaging patients, obtaining medical history, medication reconciliation, documentation, and collecting patient assessment data to notify RN of potential problems. In addition, the LPN will be responsible for orienting and educating patients & family members on care plans while always being compassionate and serving as a patient advocate to ensure quality of care.
