Job Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Assign tasks and resources for each daily activity.
Meet with employees to clarify their daily tasks.
Coordinate jobsite crews, subcontractors, managers, and suppliers.
Interact with clients, inspectors, and regulatory representatives.
Document daily progress and review with the Project Engineer or Project Manager.
Adjust assignments, resources, and schedules for the next day.
Monitor job site activities , coordinate and balance activity to ensure that the daily plan is achieved, making adjustments in assignment as necessary for the master plan, schedule, and budget
Develop weekly/daily Project Work Plans using relevant documents.

Required Skills & Experience

5 years of Construction supervisory experience and experience within a concrete civil project
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in uncontrolled environments.
Adapt to multiple environments and scope specifics.
Experience with large-scale structures in concrete, utility, and earthwork.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Safety training certification.
Other relevant certifications.
Industry standards and OSHA compliance.
