Job Description

As a fabricator, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, fabricating metal/ wood components or structures, and performing quality checks on finished products. You may also be required to set up fabricating machines and design custom templates as well as working on acrylic and lights for large signs.

To ensure success as a metal fabricator, you should have advanced knowledge of industrial metalwork, a good eye for detail, reading tape measures and basic mathematical skills. Ultimately, a top-class fabricator expertly constructs high-quality products to exact specifications.

Required Skills & Experience

- High School Diploma or GED
- Electrical understanding (low voltage/wiring)
- Two years of experience welding (glue and screw), CNC manual machining or fabrication or a combination of all

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Previously worked on boats/model cars/wood working
-Experience building pipe or steel containers
