Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the utility construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining project data, work orders, and financial records in our database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and verify data related to construction projects, materials, and financial transactions.

Maintain accurate and organized digital records in compliance with company standards.

Generate reports and assist in analyzing project data.

Collaborate with project managers and administrative teams to ensure data accuracy.

Perform quality checks to identify and correct errors.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or administration preferred.

Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
