Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a leading oil & gas client. The Administrative Assistant will support daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow across the team. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide general administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and document management
-Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally
-Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and office documentation
-Assist with meeting coordination, calendar management, and travel arrangements
-Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders as needed
-Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects
-Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
-Help streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

-Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role
-Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong organizational and time management abilities
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
-Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Prior experience in the oil and gas industry
-Experience with document control, field operations support, or compliance-related tasks
