Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a construction start-up in the Birmingham area. Responsibilities include:



* Managing the onboarding process for employee spending

* Managing Driver Licenses, Certifications Records, MVR, and Clearing House

* Assembling Welcome Bags and distributing FR Clothing to new hires

* Assisting with Truck and IRP registrations

* Assisting with New Vehicle Onboarding

* Ordering supplies and tracking requests

* Running assigned errands for the CEO

* Tracking iPads, computers, and adding new email addresses

* Maintaining insurance for our driving company

* Maintaining updated policies and communicating them to our insurance company

Required Skills & Experience

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

* Valid Driver's License.

* Strong organizational skills, keen ability to prioritize & multi-task.

* Attention to detail is a MUST.

* Ability to work both independently and in a Team setting.

* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

* High level of professionalism and integrity

* Great people skills and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
