Job Description
• Make sure the company has the materials it needs to build products on time
• Order parts and supplies from vendors and keep good relationships with them
• Track inventory so the company never runs out of important items
• Plan ahead so production has what it needs based on upcoming demand
• Oversee shipping and receiving to make sure deliveries are on time and cost effective
• Work with other teams (production, finance, sales) to keep everything running smoothly
• Use computer systems (ERP/MRP) to monitor data, spot problems, and improve processes
• Look for ways to save money, reduce waste, and make the supply chain run better

Required Skills & Experience
Experience & Education
• 5+ years working in supply chain, purchasing, or logistics
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or similar (preferred)
Technical Skills
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience using supply chain software (ERP/MRP)
• Able to turn data into clear, useful insights
Operational Skills
• Strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics
• Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs
Negotiation Skills
• Experience negotiating contracts and pricing with suppliers
• Able to secure good deals while keeping strong relationships
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Lean or Six Sigma experience
• Advanced data analytics experience
• Experience building dashboards or KPIs
• Experience improving supply chain resilience (risk planning, backup suppliers)
