We are hiring an experienced Lead Chiller Technician to join our growing commercial HVAC team. This role is ideal for a senior-level tech who can lead service work, troubleshoot complex systems, and mentor junior technicians while delivering high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems and chillers
Lead job sites and support junior technicians in the field
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues
Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
Maintain accurate service documentation and communication with dispatch/team

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of commercial HVAC / chiller experience
EPA Refrigerant Certification (Required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass background check & drug screening
Must be 21+ (company vehicle requirement)
Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
