Job Description
You’d be the person who walks around the factory figuring out how to make everything run smoother, faster, and with fewer mistakes — then writing down the best way to do it so everyone follows the same steps. It’s a short term role where you watch how products are built, figure out how to make the work faster and smoother, and write clear instructions so everyone follows the best process. You also reorganize how materials move through the warehouse to reduce delays and clutter.
Overall, you’re the person making the factory run more efficiently and consistently every day. Create SOP’s, time studies, layout changes to reorganize, etc.
