Required Skills & Experience

Required Skills
• 3-5 years of PLC Troubleshooting experience
○ Diagnose and repair PLC systems across platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and GE RX3i. 75% of the job
○ Read and interpret ladder logic, function block diagrams, and I/O maps.
○ Trace faults from field devices through I/O cards and logic to output devices.
○ Work with HMIs and Wonderware systems.
○ Utilize data acquisition tools like iba for system analysis.
• Relay & Control Circuits experience
• Industrial Drive Systems experience
• AC & DC Motor experience
• Hydraulics & Pneumatics basic troubleshooting experience
• Power Distribution experience
• Instrumentation & Field Devices experience
• Mechanical Awareness
• Documentation & Communication

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Background & Certifications
• Technical degree, military electronics background, or industrial maintenance experience.
• Basic electrical safety training (NFPA 70E or equivalent).
• Forklift and man-lift certification (preferred).
• Experience in heavy industry (steel, paper, chemical, or similar 24/7 operations).
