Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Owner's Representative Project Manager (ORPM) with deep expertise in commissioning, MEP systems, and mission-critical data center construction to support the delivery of hyperscale AI infrastructure projects. Acting as the owner's eyes and ears in the field, this individual will focus on commissioning readiness, integrated systems testing, schedule validation, and risk identification throughout the design, construction, commissioning, and turnover phases of the project. The ideal candidate has a proven background leading commissioning efforts on large-scale data center or mission-critical projects and can proactively identify issues that may impact schedule, operational readiness, or go-live milestones.

Required Skills & Experience
0+ years of experience in mission-critical construction, data center construction, commissioning, or MEP project management.
Direct experience leading or overseeing Level 1-5 commissioning activities, including integrated systems testing (IST).
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, controls, BMS, UPS, generator, cooling, and critical infrastructure systems within data centers.
Experience supporting projects through the full lifecycle, including design review, construction, commissioning, startup, and turnover.
Ability to review and challenge commissioning schedules, identify sequencing issues, and proactively escalate risks impacting project milestones.
Experience coordinating with GCs, subcontractors, design teams, commissioning agents (CxA), and owner stakeholders.
Strong communication skills with the ability to provide executive-level reporting on project status, risks, readiness, and recovery plans.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous experience serving as an Owner's Representative on hyperscale data center projects.
Experience with major hyperscale or mission-critical clients such as CoreWeave, Microsoft, Google, Meta, AWS, Aligned, CyrusOne, QTS, Digital Realty, or Switch.
Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and construction management platforms such as Procore.
Engineering degree or technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Management, or related discipline.
