Job Description

As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for performing commercial/industrial electrical work consisting of installation, alterations, additions and repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the electrical construction industries. This is a safety sensitive position.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings
- Install, alter, repair, and connect electrical wiring, equipment, and systems per code
- Plan work layout and prepare job site, tools, and materials
- Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify hazards and defects
- Work safely to meet project schedules and budget requirements
- Coordinate with foremen, coworkers, and other trades
- Supervise, train, and guide Apprentice Electricians
- Report hazardous conditions to site leadership
- Complete required documentation and participate in meetings/training
- Assist during emergencies to address immediate safety concerns
- Hourly Pay Rate up to $45.00

Required Skills & Experience

- Current and Active Journeyman Electrician License in the state where the employee will be working, in compliance
with that state's licensing requirements.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years prior experience performing electrical work in a commercial or industrial construction environment
