Job Summary
Join our Menomonee Falls, WI team, as an Electrical Engineering Technician. This role
supports our Engineering efforts with design, development, and modification of various
electronics systems used on naval ships and submarines.
What You Will Do
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in existing products or systems and make
modifications as needed
• Compile and evaluate design and test data
• Assist in design, build and/or procurement of new or improved machines, tools,
fixtures and material handling equipment and coordinating the implementation
• Responsible for completing process documentation, bill of materials, route sheets,
etc
• Review project instructions and drawings to ascertain test specifications,
procedures, objectives, test equipment, nature of technical problems and possible
solutions, and to support the design for manufacture
• Devise, fabricate, and assemble new or modified electrical and/or mechanical
components or assemblies for products
• Set up and conduct tests of units and components
• Analyze test results related to the design and test objectives and adjust equipment
to bring within specifications
• Record these test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and
recommendations for changes in product or test methods

• Associate’s degree in engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of
education and experience; 2-5 years of related experience
• Competent technical expertise
• Demonstrated customer service and problem solving skills
• Willing to work independently and as a member of a technical team
