Job Description
Insight Global is partnering with a leading organization seeking a Project Manager to support the execution of construction-related projects, vendor management programs, and contract administration initiatives. This individual will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and project teams, taking ownership of contract negotiations, scope development, supplier relationships, and project execution from concept through completion.
The ideal candidate comes from a general contracting or residential construction background and has strong experience managing vendors, building scopes of work, negotiating contracts, and driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction and facilities-related projects through all phases, including planning, procurement, execution, and closeout.
- Lead contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors to ensure favorable commercial and operational terms.
- Oversee supplier management processes, including vendor selection, onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Build project budgets, proposals, and contract documentation while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage communications between project teams, suppliers, contractors, and leadership stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation, contracts, and procurement activities are maintained accurately and in compliance with company standards.
- Provide regular reporting on project status, vendor performance, costs, and key business metrics.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in project management, construction management, procurement, or contract administration.
- Experience working for a General Contractor (GC),
- Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts, scopes of work, pricing, and supplier agreements.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, vendor management, and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience developing project proposals, reviewing bids, and managing procurement-related activities.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting supplier management or strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Exposure to budget ownership or financial oversight within project environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
