IT Project Manager III

This role is responsible for leading large business and technology projects that support our client's digital transformation and strategic initiatives. The PM works cross-functionally with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple large and medium-sized projects simultaneously.
- Develop project plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans, and change management strategies.
- Control project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Present project updates to sponsors, leadership, and steering committees.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal and external resources.
- Identify risks, manage project changes, and develop contingency plans.
- Mentor team members and promote project management best practices.

- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years managing large business and technology projects.
- Experience delivering projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
-Experience working across business functions such as Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance.
- Familiarity with technologies including ERP, web applications, middleware, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience with tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Clarity.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- MBA.
- 7+ years of project management experience.
- Manufacturing industry leadership experience.
- Digital transformation experience.
- Scrum Master experience.
- PMP certification.
