Job Description

To ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of our customer's production by providing comprehensive support for equipment. Through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting skills, and a dedication to continuous learning, strive to minimize downtime, optimize performance, and contribute to the successful production of high-quality products. Support the process of circuit board assembly in the SMT(Surface Mount Technology) area. Automated electronic assembly equipment to include Screen Printer, Placement machine and Reflow ovens. Setup, programming and thermal profiling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and commission new manufacturing equipment.
• Involvement with New Product Introduction (NPI); identify and assist with design of product build techniques.
• Support machine setup, programming, and floor integration.
• Perform both hardware and software-level diagnostics.
• Own specific machines, production areas, or manufacturing programs.
• Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and new equipment implementations.
• Participate in on-call support when equipment issues arise in the 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Conduct machine light maintenance and repair, including identification of equipment failure root cause and enhancing machine functionality in order to extend manufacturing capabilities.
• Utilize CIM/CAM/CAD data to generate machine-positioning programs in order to build products aligned to customer design specifications.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong electrical, electronic, mechanical, or automation troubleshooting skills.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience
Ability to work on both machine hardware and software/applications.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Associate's degree is preferred, especially in:
○ Electronics Technology
○ Mechatronics
○ Automation
○ Electromechanical Technology
Electrical Maintenance
