Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
50% Clinical Supervision / 50% Leadership & Operations: *very meeting heavy*
Oversee both group and 1-on-1 clinical sessions and provide clinical feedback
Support clinician development
Performance management: 1-on-1 with staff, any write-ups required, attend new rollout meetings and be able to speak on new policies that leadership is looking to roll out.
Lead daily operations across behavioral health programs to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
Supervise and develop clinical and support staff while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Monitor program performance, patient access, census, and key operational and clinical metrics to improve outcomes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and documentation standards.
Support crisis management, patient safety initiatives, and continuous quality improvement efforts.
Manage budgets, staffing resources, and program capacity to align with organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, payers, and community organizations.

Required Skills & Experience
Active Wisconsin independent clinical license: (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)
Must be independently licensed and able to provide clinical supervision and sign off on supervision hours
Master’s degree (but they cannot hold licensure without that degree)
Clinical supervision experience
Operational leadership experience (slight flexibility here besides Oconomowoc)
Behavioral health background
Experience with CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
Textbook knowledge minimum of ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention)
Performance management experience (coaching, employee development, evaluations, corrective action/write-ups, policy implementation experience)
Comfortable working 100% onsite
Open to occasional evening responsibilities
For Oconomowoc: willing to participate in on-call and weekend supervision rotation

Budget management experience strongly preferred
Additional Certifications: ICS (Independent Clinical Supervisor), SAC, CSAC, or other Substance Use Disorder certifications
Technical Experience with Workday, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or EMR/clinical documentation systems (Cerner)
Experience building teams or programs
Experience leading through organizational change
Previous success managing clinician performance and development
