Job Description
• 5–8 years of experience in credit analysis, financial risk management, or commercial finance
• Strong financial statement analysis (cash flow, leverage, liquidity)
• Experience managing high-risk or complex customer credit portfolios independently
• Ability to make independent credit decisions (credit limits, terms, exposure)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel skills (reporting, analytics, dashboards)
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Required Skills & Experience
• Perform in-depth financial analysis on customer accounts and portfolios
• Partner with Credit Analysis team for timely credit assessments
• Approve/recommend credit limits, payment terms, and account structures
• Monitor portfolio risk and identify emerging issues
• Collaborate with Sales, Collections, Cash Apps, and Customer Service teams
• Act as escalation point for disputes, order releases, and credit negotiations
• Prepare portfolio reviews and risk trend reports for leadership
• Mentor junior credit analysts and ensure consistency in decision-making
• Support audits, compliance, and internal controls through documentation
• Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements
